Ralph (not his real name) had spent most of his life behind bars and declared that he had had enough of "do-gooder" programs when approached about enrolling in Christian Men's Job Corps® (CMJC ). After talking the opportunity over with his wife, however, he decided to give it a try. Ralph found acceptance and support among the men who volunteer at CMJC, and through the Bible studies and mentoring, he discovered the love and redemption of Christ. On more than one occasion Ralph has remarked, "If it had not been for Christian Men's Job Corps, I would already be back in jail." Instead, today he has steady work and continues to look to God for direction in his newfound life.
